This logo redesign concept began as an exercise to simplify and modernize the bands logo, wordmark and apply those to different forms of merchandise. We felt that the old logo was too detailed and lost readability in smaller sizes and in black and white. Based on this we strived to get rid of unnecessary details and focus on a strong silhouette.
